My stream keeps buffering: Nine times out of ten it is the connection between your router and the device, not the line. Move to 5 GHz Wi-Fi or plug in an ethernet cable, then tell us if it persists and we will move you to a different node.
A channel I want is missing: Send us the exact channel name and country. If it exists on the network we add it to your line; if it does not, we will tell you plainly rather than string you along.
I need to renew: Use the order form and choose “Renew my line”, then give the username you already have. Your line is extended in place, so nothing on your device needs changing.
