About
About TV Smartiflix IPTV — built by people who watch television
Smartiflix has been running since 2019. This page is the honest version: how the service is put together, what it does well, and where its limits are.
Why the Smartiflix IPTV Service exists
Television got split up. The football is on one subscription, the drama on another, the channels you grew up with on none of them — and if you have moved country, half of what you want is simply not sold where you live. Smartiflix started because that is a distribution problem, not a technology one.
What we do is unglamorous: keep a large catalogue tidy, deliver it from servers close to the viewer, and answer the phone when something breaks. There is no clever gadget and no app to learn — you use a player you already know, on hardware you already own.
How the network is built for speed
People call us the fastest IPTV for two different reasons, and both are deliberate. The first is setup: a line is created by hand and emailed within minutes, rather than dropping into a queue. The second is playback — streams are served from the nearest healthy node and moved automatically when one degrades, so a channel change takes a moment rather than a breath.
We do not upscale. If a broadcaster sends 4K, you get 4K; if they send 1080p, we do not relabel it UHD to look better on a comparison table. That is the sort of thing that costs a sale on day one and saves a refund on day thirty.
- 01
We would rather lose a sale than lie
If a channel is not on the network we say so. If your connection cannot carry 4K we say that too. The customers who stay for years are the ones nobody oversold.
- 02
No auto-renewal, no stored cards
Every plan is prepaid and ends by itself. We do not hold payment details, so there is nothing to cancel and no surprise charge months later.
- 03
Numbers we can stand behind
We publish the categories each country carries rather than a per-country channel count, because line-ups change weekly and a precise figure would be a guess dressed up as a fact.
- 04
Support is the product
Streams are a commodity; the difference is whether anyone answers at 11pm on a Saturday. We do — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The short history
From a handful of lines to 241 countries
- 2019
The first line
Smartiflix starts as a handful of connections for friends who were tired of paying for channels they never watched.
- 2021
Multi-region delivery
Nodes are added across Europe, North America and the Middle East, so a stream is served from near the viewer instead of across an ocean.
- 2023
Automatic failover
The routing layer starts moving a viewer to a healthy node mid-stream, which is what removed most of the buffering complaints.
- 2025
241-country catalogue
Coverage reaches every region, with a 7-day EPG and a full on-demand library alongside the live channels.

What we are not
We are not a broadcaster and we are not affiliated with any of the networks or platforms whose names appear on this site. Smartiflix supplies access to content it is authorised to carry; where we are not authorised, the content is not on the service. Our DMCA policy explains how a rights holder can reach us, and the terms of service set out what a subscription does and does not include.
Talk to us first
If you are weighing this up against another provider, the useful thing is not another paragraph of marketing — it is fifteen minutes on the real service. Take the free trial, load the channels you actually watch, and decide from there. If it is not right, tell us why; we would rather hear it than not.
